Ere-roasting anode workshop crane, its main use is to use clamps to load the carbon block on the chain conveyor into the roasting furnace pit; use the discharge pipe to fill the filler in the granary into the furnace pit; use the suction pipe to suck out the filler in the furnace, and then use the fixture to transport the hot carbon block in the furnace to the chain conveyor, and transport the carbon block to the target location. The trolley is equipped with an auxiliary straw to clean the flue and remove dust. There is an electric hoist on the bridge, the wake-up adopts a single drive, the anode clamp lifting adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, the whole machine adopts PLC control, all the operation of the crane is operated in the control room, and the air conditioning device with adjustable heat and cold in the control room is provided.

The crane has the following main functions

(1) Loading the furnace The unbaked anode block (raw block) is loaded into the roasting furnace pit; (2) Filling The granular coke in the bin is filled into the gap between the roaster and the anode block and covered with the top; (3) Suction The filler material in the furnace is sucked into the silo; (4) Out of the oven The burned anode block (cooked block) is removed from the roasting oven and sent to the conveyor belt or designated place; (5) Other auxiliary lifting work The trolley is equipped with an auxiliary suction pipe to clean the flue and remove dust; a 10t electric hoist is equipped on the bridge for the handling of the burner and the maintenance of the roaster.
