Operating procedures
1. Loading beams, bundling
1. The beam transporter is parked on one side of the beam plate, and the main and auxiliary vehicles are parked in suitable positions.
2. The gantry crane lifts and translates the beam plate to the top of the beam transporter, and slowly lowers the beam plate on the beam transporter.
3. The bundling personnel support the 4 reinforced support rods of the beam transporter--after adjusting the screw rods to the tightened state--the gantry lifting hook is completed to install the beam.
4. Use four wire ropes and four hoists for final reinforcement of the beam plate.
5. Check the tightness of the struts and wire ropes before starting the car. After meeting the requirements, start the vehicle and drive out of the beam field at a low speed.
2. Transportation and feeding beams
1. When driving with heavy loads, the straight line speed is 15~50 kilometers per hour; the turning speed is 3 kilometers per hour. When passing bridges and ramps, you must drive at a constant speed and steadily, and rapid acceleration and sudden braking are strictly prohibited.
2. Auxiliary personnel check the beam position and the tightness of the wire rope every 5 kilometers during transportation.
3. The main and co-pilots have a walkie-talkie to maintain communication at any time.
4. When the beam transporter drives under the bridge erecting machine, first remove the hoist wire ropes of the main and auxiliary cars. The bridge erecting machine hangs the lifting beam wire ropes and then releases the main car support rod. The bridge erecting machine lifts one beam plate of the main car to a suitable height. The auxiliary car hangs and feeds the beam at the same speed with the overhead crane of the bridge erecting machine.
5. The end of beam feeding The bridge erection machine hangs the wire rope for lifting the beam first, the beam transporter lifts the auxiliary car strut and hoist, the bridge erection machine lifts the beam plate and feeds the beam by itself, and the beam transporter returns to load the beam.
