The combined electrolytic copper multifunctional crane is an intelligent overhead crane developed according to the production process requirements of electrolytic copper. The special crane for copper electrolysis is a lifting and handling equipment that realizes the mutual transfer of electrode plates between the electrolytic cell, cathode stripping unit, anode shaping unit, and residual electrode washing unit in the copper electrolysis process. This crane has the characteristics of high operation efficiency, strong insulation and anti-corrosion ability, high positioning accuracy, and high intelligent and automatic control. It can meet the needs of plate transfer under the copper electrolysis process, and can simultaneously realize the lifting of small materials and plate short-circuit detection.

Component

The electrolytic copper crane is mainly composed of electrical control mechanism, crane and trolley travelling mechanism and crane girders. The trolley mechanism consists of a hoisting mechanism, a trolley travelling mechanism, a trolley frame, an outer frame, a mobile cab, a liquid receiving tray mechanism, and a spreader. The spreader is composed of a fixed guide frame, a movable guide frame, a cathodic and anode hanging bag, and an arrangement comb. The crane hoisting, trolley travelling and crane travelling speed are all variable frequency drive, the whole crane is controlled by Siemens 1500 series PLC, the PLC and inverter is controlled by PROFINET communication. There is a touch screen in the driver's cabin, which can display the whole crane status information and fault information. The crane and trolley are positioned by laser ranging, with a positioning accuracy of ±10mm. Our electrolytic copper crane has good performance and reliable operation, and is well received by users.

The main workflow of copper electrolysis cranes

1. Take the anode plate from the preparation rack and load it into the electrolytic cell. 2. Take the cathode plate from the preparation rack and load it into the electrolytic cell. 3. After the electrolysis is completed, the cathode copper is taken out, and the acid solution is collected by the acid tray. 4. Retract the acid tray and place the cathode copper into the washing unit. 5. Remove the anode residue and collect the acid solution by the acid tray. 6. The drip tray is withdrawn and the anode stump is placed in the washing unit.
